I have done my PhD from department of allied health sciences, University of Sargodha. I am currently serving Principal Allied Health Sciences Islamabad Medical & Dental College Akbar Niazi Teaching Hospital. Prior to this, I held the position of Head of the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences at STMU for 3 years, from January 30th, 2020 to January 31st, 2023. Before joining STMU; I worked as an Associate Dean Academics/Associate Professor at Riphah College of Rehabilitation & Allied Health Sciences (RCRAHS), Riphah International University, Islamabad, from August 2012 to January 2020. I have diverse and extensive professional background, I possess 25 years of clinical experience, specializing in Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy. Throughout my career, I have dedicated 17 years to teaching, including 7 years as an Assistant Professor and 6 years as an Associate Professor. My contributions to the field extend beyond the classroom, as evidenced by my publication of 41 articles in impact factor/Higher Education Commission Pakistan recognized journals. Additionally, I have presented multiple oral and poster presentations at national and international rehabilitation conferences. In the evening, I worked in private practice as a consultant physical therapist and head of the department in Max Spine Rehabilitation center, Located in Max health hospital. I am honored to be a lifetime member of the Pakistan Physical Therapy Association (Member of World Confederation of Physical Therapy WCPT). I have had the privilege of being a member of the Board of Directors of the Pakistan Physical Therapy Association during the 2017-2019 sessions. As a founding member of the PPTA, I served as the Ex-Joint Secretary during the 2010-2012 sessions. I had the honor of serving as the President of the Pakistan Association of Orthopaedic Manipulative Physical Therapy (Registered interest Group International Federation of Orthopaedic Manipulative Physical Therapy IFOMPT) during the 2018-2020 sessions. I also held the position of Chairman of the Executive Committee of PAOMPT from 2016 to 2018.
